Potato Cakes
3 large Potatoes, grated
1 Tbsp. Salt
Dash Pepper
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. Shortening
➔Combine potatoes with egg, salt and
pepper and flour after excess water is drained from potatoes.
Mix well and fry in hot shortening until golden brown.
Yeilds 12 cakes.
